Hi! I’m a certified yoga teacher offering classes in Yin Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Feminine Flow Yoga in Barcelona and online.
My approach to yoga is gentle, grounded, and welcoming. I believe yoga should support your body, mind, and everyday life—without pressure, pretension, or spiritual expectations. While I personally believe in God, my classes are not religious in any way. You’re welcome just as you are, no matter what you believe (or don’t).
A SPACE FOR QUIET & GRATITUDE
In my classes, we often take a few quiet moments for meditation, stillness, and gratitude. This is your space to breathe, reflect, and simply be.
If it feels natural to you, you're always welcome to use this time to connect with God in your own way, there is no right or wrong way to show up.
What matters most is that you leave feeling more grounded, more connected, and more yourself.
