Feminine Flow Yoga

Feminine Flow yoga focuses on the feminine power and softness with flows that follow the breath like a dance. By yogic exercises we connect with the creative and powerful feminine side. We get to be so masculine at times with all the modern life standards that we often enjoy and want, but there is space for us to surrender to feeling free in our bodies. We focus a lot on the core area, the feminine energy centers, pelvic floor muscles and whole body breathing exercises. It is time to get out of our heads and into our bodies!
